There will be no Belize Triple Crown Champion 2018. Redemption Song of the Gillett Stables in Orange Walk denied Pure Reality's bid to win the 2018 Belize Triple Crown Challenge by defeating him handily in the Old Masters Stakes. Redemption Song broke well and immediately went to the lead going wire to wire. Pure Reality and Something Royal never mounted a challenge and he was able to coast to an easy victory. Pure Reality had to settle for second and Something Royal placed third.
